Terms and Conditions of Prize Draw Entry
This promotion is open to consumers aged 18 (eighteen) years or over who are residents located in Great Britain only, excluding employees or agents and their immediate families of Dickinson & Morris and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

No purchase necessary. Entrance to the Draw is free. Only one entry per person.

The promotion starts on 12.01 on 30.03.2012 and will close at 23:59 on 31.05.2012

Entries become the property of Dickinson & Morris and will not be returned.

Participants can only enter the Draw via online entry.

The draw will take place on 01.06.2012.

Winners will be notified by telephone, post or email by 05.06.2012. In the event of the unforeseen circumstance of a prize becoming unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or equivalent value.

If Dickinson & Morris are unable to contact the winner by 08.06.2012, after reasonable efforts to do so, another prize winner will be selected at random.

Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part.

The first twelve names drawn on the 05.06.2012 will win a First Edition Book of the History of the Melton Mowbray Pork Pie, by Trevor Hickman. The prizes will be delivered to addresses provided. A signature will be necessary upon delivery.

Entrants will be given the option to 'opt-in' to further marketing communication from Dickinson & Morris. This includes email and postage marketing communications. By opting in, the participant gives permission for Dickinson & Morris to communicate with them during and after the promotional period. Entrants will also be given the option to 'opt-out' of postal marketing communications. If at any time participants do not wish to receive further communication by email or post from the Promoter then an 'unsubscribe' option in provided in all communication.
